http://id.insee.fr/qualite/attribut/2086/C.11.1.2/text	http://www.w3.org/1999/02/22-rdf-syntax-ns#value	<p>Several committees constitute the consultation bodies:</p> <ul> <li> <p>a design and operation group (scientific managers of the survey at INED as well as researchers from different institutions or administrations) responsible for revising the questionnaire and operating the survey;</p> </li> <li> <p>a steering committee which ensures that the survey's objectives are respected, monitors the progress of the preparation and implementation phases and makes decisions (chaired by the director of the DSDS);</p> </li> <li> <p>a scientific council, a consultative body whose opinion may be sought in the event of difficulty (chaired by the Director of INED);</p> </li> <li> <p>a funding committee (co-chaired by INED and INSEE);</p> </li> <li> <p>a monitoring committee responsible for operational monitoring and execution of the schedule.</p> </li> </ul>
