Since 2008 it has been carried out every month.</p> <p>Data collection is by post and online over a period stretching from the end of the month prior to the month of the survey to the date of publication of the survey, i.e. 4 working days before the end of the current month.</p> <p>The results of the survey are sent to the European Commission 4 working days before the end of the month.</p>
