It has a fairly high non-response rate (9%). In addition, the collection team reported difficulties for companies in answering this question: this does not correspond to items in the chart of accounts. Finally, the wording of the question suggests that zero should be set for companies that did not have a cost for logistics innovations in 2016. Among innovative companies in logistics 1/4 put 0 and among non-innovators in logistics 2/3 put 0. In addition, the cooperation or turnover variables resulting from innovations new to the market or to the company have variation coefficients greater than 20% for certain sectors (industry, sections B and C in particular).</p>
