Indeed, all associations are not necessarily listed in Sirene, in particular some non-employing associations which do not benefit from public subsidies. However if Sirene and RNA are complementary, they are not disjoint. Indeed, many Sirene associations are also present in the RNA. It has been therefore necessary to use these two directories to form the frame, but also to make a preliminary matching work to eliminate from one of the directories the associations which were present in both directories The matching between the two directories has been based on the name and the address criterias, because no common key allow to perform a classical fusion of the two directories . Residual unidentified duplicates during this operation have been identified during the survey.
