<p>The survey provides information about the situation of the company (main declared activity, legal category, structural modifications), employment (including part-time and self-employed), profit and loss, investments and transfers, turnover and activities (breakdown of turnover by product, capitalised production costs, distribution of clientele, imports and exports), professional expenditure, and other information for certain sectors.<br /><br />Each questionnaire is customised and printed individually for the company it is destined for.<br /><br />The elements already available in the SIRENE register, or known from the answers to the previous survey, or coming from other sources (e.g. legal category, restructuration, list of establishments, activity code), are preprinted directly on the questionnaire.<br /><br />Additionally, each company is only asked questions relating to its activity with a well-defined questionnaire in terms of data on employment, product lines, individual expenditure, etc.</p>
