<p>Sitadel2 est une base de données, alimentée par les formulaires de permis de construire traités par les centres instructeurs. Les mouvements relatifs à la vie du permis (dépôts, autorisations, annulations, modificatifs, mises en chantier, achèvements des travaux) sont exploités à des fins statistiques.</p>
<p>Les informations déclarées dans le formulaire sont transmises mensuellement au service de la donnée et des études statistiques (SDES).</p>
<p>Les informations relatives aux autorisations sont transmises par les services instructeurs dans les six mois après le prononcé. Les déclarations de mises en chantier et d’achèvement des travaux sont à l’initiative des pétitionnaires ; leur remontée est plus tardive et intervient généralement dans les dix-huit mois après l’ouverture de chantier.</p>

<p>Sitadel2 is a database, fed by the building permit forms processed by the training centres. Movements relating to the life of the permit (deposits, authorizations, cancellations, modifications, construction starts, completion of work) are used for statistical purposes.</p>
<p>The information declared in the form is transmitted monthly to the Data and Statistical Studies Department (SDES).</p>
<p>Information on authorisations is transmitted by the examining services within six months of delivery. Declarations of construction starts and completion of works are at the initiative of the petitioners; their recovery is later and generally takes place within eighteen months after the opening of the works.</p>
