<p>L'enquête « Structure des Emplois » provient de l'exploitation statistique, réalisée depuis 1968, d'une partie des déclarations annuelles d'emploi des travailleurs handicapés, des mutilés de guerre et assimilés faites par les établissements dans le cadre des législations de 1924, 1957 et 1987 en faveur des handicapés. L'objectif de l'enquête est de fournir la répartition des effectifs salariés selon la nature de l'emploi qu'ils occupent et les différents secteurs d'activité.</p>
<p>Les établissements soumis à la législation sont :<br />- les établissements de 20 salariés et plus de l'industrie, du commerce et des services, et de l'agriculture,<br />- les établissements semi-publics (SNCF, EDF, GDF, RATP, SEITA).</p>
<p>Sont exclus du champ de l'enquête :<br />- l'administration de l'État,<br />- les collectivités territoriales,<br />- les établissements publics et administratifs (E.P.A.).</p> |

<p>The "Structure of Jobs" survey comes from the statistical exploitation, carried out since 1968, of a part of the annual declarations of employment of disabled workers, war maimed and similar persons made by establishments under the legislation of 1924,1957 and 1987 in favour of the disabled. The purpose of the survey is to provide a breakdown of the workforce by type of employment and sector of activity.</p>
<p>Institutions subject to legislation are:<br />- establishments with 20 or more employees in industry, commerce and services, and agriculture,<br />- semi-public establishments (SNCF, EDF, GDF, RATP, SEITA).</p>
<p>The following are excluded from the scope of the survey:<br />- State administration,<br />- local and regional authorities,<br />- public and administrative establishments (E.P.A.).</p> |
