<p>L’enquête veut mesurer l’aptitude à innover des entreprises de l’industrie implantées en France. Pour ce faire, elle mesure le taux d’adoption de 73 « bonnes pratiques » facteurs de succès de l’innovation. Elle les appelle compétences.</p>
<p>Les entreprises déclarent si elles innovent puis, pour chacune des 73 compétences, précisent leurs pratiques (compétence pratiquée, pratiquée à l’aide de procédures spécifiques, pratiquée avec l’aide de tiers).</p>
<p>L’enquête retient quatre types d’innovation, auxquelles elle associe la certification ISO 9000 :<br />- l’innovation technologique de produit ;<br />- l’innovation technologique de procédé ;<br />- l’innovation d’esthétique et de design ;<br />- l’innovation purement commerciale ;<br />- la certification ISO 9000.</p>
<p>Elle groupe les compétences en neuf domaines de compétences :<br />- insérer l’innovation dans la stratégie d’ensemble de l’entreprise ;<br />- suivre, prévoir et agir sur l’évolution des marchés ;<br />- développer les innovations ;<br />- organiser et diriger la production de connaissances ;<br />- s’approprier les technologies extérieures ;<br />- gérer et défendre la propriété intellectuelle ;<br />- gérer les ressources humaines dans une perspective d’innovation ;<br />- financer l’innovation ;<br />- vendre l’innovation.</p> |

<p>The aim of the survey is to measure the innovation capacity of the companies in the industry based in France. To this end, it measures the rate of adoption of 73 "good practices", which are factors for the success of innovation. She calls them skills.</p>
<p>Companies state whether they innovate and then, for each of the 73 competencies, specify their practices (skill practiced, practised using specific procedures, practised with the help of third parties).</p>
<p>The survey identifies four types of innovation, which are associated with ISO 9000 certification:<br />-technological product innovation;<br />- technological process innovation;<br />- innovation in aesthetics and design;<br />- purely commercial innovation;<br />- ISO 9000 certification.</p>
<p>It groups skills into nine skill areas:<br />- inserting innovation into the company's overall strategy;<br />- monitor, forecast and act on market developments;<br />- develop innovations;<br />- organizing and directing the production of knowledge;<br />- appropriate external technologies;<br />- managing and defending intellectual property;<br />- managing human resources from an innovation perspective;<br />- financing innovation;<br />- sell innovation.</p> |
