Their purpose is to develop activities of social utility meeting urgent or unsatisfied needs. They can be signed by schools, the Police, local authorities, public institutions and associations. Employee pay is partly covered by the State (up to 80% of the minimum wage). The employment contracts have a 60 month term or may be open-ended contracts in the associative sector, and are full time (apart from express exemptions).
