The purpose of the individual training leave (CIF) is to enable all employees, during their professional lives, to attend, on their initiative and on an individual basis, training sessions, while benefiting from total or partial coverage of their compensation and of training costs. The training sessions attended in this framework are independent from their participation in internships including in the training plan of the company where they perform their activity.
