The following main items are distinguished :- convicted persons sentenced to a suspended prison term with probation ;- persons sentenced to community service and who perform unpaid work for between 40 and 240 hours for a public authority, a public establishment or an association ;- conditionally released prisoners who, owing to their serious guarantees of social re-adaptation, are released early on the condition that they submit to the control of the judge responsible for the execution of sentences and they comply with various obligations for a period at least equal to the remainder of their sentence.
