<p>L'enquête trimestrielle sur l'activité et les conditions d'emploi de la main-d'œuvre (Acemo) sert à mesurer l'évolution des salaires de base, utile au suivi de la conjoncture salariale et à l'indexation du Smic.</p>
<p>Elle vise également à mesurer l'évolution de la durée hebdomadaire collective du travail et ses fluctuations à court terme ainsi que l'existence ou non de difficultés de recrutement et le nombre d'emplois vacants.</p>
<p>Quatre principaux indices sont calculés à partir de l'enquête trimestrielle Acemo :<br />- l'évolution du salaire horaire de base ouvrier et employé (SHBOE) ;<br />- l'évolution du salaire mensuel de base (SMB) par catégorie socioprofessionnelle (ouvrier, employé, profession intermédiaire et cadre) ;<br />- l'indice du coût horaire du travail tous salarié (ICHTrev-TS) ;<br />- l’indice de volume horaire de travail.</p>
<p>Cette enquête est l'une des sources utilisées pour le calcul des estimations trimestrielles d'emploi. Elle fournit également une proportion de salariés à temps partiel et en contrat à durée déterminée.</p> |

<p>The quarterly survey on labour activity and employment conditions (Acemo) measures trends in basic wages, which is useful for monitoring the overall outlook for wages and for indexing the minimum wage (Smic).</p>
<p>Its purpose is also to measure trends in working hours and fluctuations in the short term, also whether or not there are difficulties with hiring and the number of vacant posts.</p>
<p>Four main indices are calculated on the basis of the quarterly Acemo survey:<br />- trends in a worker's and employee’s basic hourly wage (SHBOE);<br />- trends in the basic monthly wage (SMB) by socio-professional category (worker, employee, intermediate profession and manager);<br />- index of hourly labour cost - all employees (ICHTrev-TS) ;<br />- index of number of worked hours</p>
<p>This survey is one of the sources used to calculate quarterly employment estimates. It also provides the proportion of employees working part-time and those with fixed-term contracts.</p> |

L’enquête, sous sa forme actuelle, a été réalisée pour la première fois en janvier 2006 après une refonte en profondeur menée en concertation entre l'Insee et les partenaires sociaux. Une refonte de questionnaires a été opérée en 2013 et un élargissement du champ couvert a été réalisé en 2017.</p> |
